How do we use AI?

How do we use AI?

AI gets the job done faster. But who makes sure the results are actually good?

In a short time, AI has transformed the way we work with websites, SEO, content, and digital marketing. At Easy Agency, we use AI almost every day—but not to replace people.

We use AI to make what we’re already good at faster, smarter, and more efficient.

For us, AI is a tool—just like WordPress, analytics tools, or other systems we use in our work. The difference is that AI can help us in significantly more parts of the process.

What matters most is still the people behind the tools.

AI helps us—but doesn’t make the decisions

It’s easy to ask an AI tool to write a text, suggest a structure, or analyze a website.

In just a few seconds, you can get a result that looks pretty good at first glance.

But the question isn’t:

Can AI do this?

The more important question is:

Is the result right for the customer?

AI does not automatically know a customer’s business, target audiences, competitors, products, or business goals. Nor does it know which keywords are most important, which page should be prioritized, or what actually prompts a visitor to contact the company.

That’s why we use AI to support our work—not as an autopilot.

How We Use AI in Our Daily Work

At Easy Agency, we use AI in a variety of areas.

Research and Analysis

One of the areas where AI is truly useful is research.

When we start working with a client, we need to understand their business. What does the company sell? What problems does it solve? Who are its target audiences? What is the competitive landscape like?

AI can help us collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of information more quickly.

That means we can spend more time on the next step:

What are we actually going to do with this information?

That’s where experience comes in.

SEO and Searchability

SEO is an area where we make extensive use of AI.

But not by pressing a button and asking the AI to “do SEO.”

Instead, we use AI as a tool in several areas of our SEO work.

This may involve, for example, identifying search intent, finding topics that potential customers are searching for, analyzing existing content, and identifying areas where a website needs to be expanded.

Based on this, we can, for example, work on:

  • new landing pages
  • improved service pages
  • local landing pages
  • FAQ
  • articles and guides
  • internal linking
  • headings and metadata
  • a clearer website structure
  • improvement of existing texts

AI speeds up analysis and research.

However, the strategy must still be based on the business.

We need to decide which pages should actually be created, what they should contain, and how they should be linked to the rest of the website. Read more about SEO HERE

We use AI to find what’s missing

A website can be visually appealing and technically well-built but still struggle to rank on Google.

Often, this is because the website simply doesn’t answer enough of the questions that potential customers are searching for.

AI is a very good analytical tool in this context.

For example, we can start with a service and analyze what questions a potential customer might have before making a purchase.

How much does the service cost?

How does it work?

Which option should I choose?

Does the company operate in my town?

What is the difference between the various solutions?

When should I contact a specialist?

Based on these questions, we can create content that both helps visitors and makes the website clearer to search engines.

So it’s not about creating as much text as possible.

It’s all about creating the right content in the right place.

AI and Content

We also use AI to assist us when we work with texts.

It can range from a brief product description to a comprehensive landing page or article.

AI can help us with things like first drafts, headline suggestions, structure, FAQs, and ideas for new content.

But text generated directly by AI is rarely the final product.

It needs to be reviewed and revised.

Is this information correct?

Does the text sound like the company?

Is it relevant to the target audience?

Are the right keywords included?

Is the text too general?

Is there anything that should be removed?

Can we include internal links to other relevant pages?

Is there a clear next step for the visitor?

That’s the part that makes the difference between AI-generated content and good content.

AI helps us work faster on websites

AI isn’t just used for text and SEO.

Our designers and developers can also use AI to support their work.

For example, this could involve ideas related to structure, troubleshooting, code, features, visual elements, or various solutions to technical problems.

Above all, this allows us to test ideas and find solutions more quickly.

Time that was previously spent on repetitive tasks can now be devoted to design, development, quality assurance, and improvements.

For our customers, this means we can get more done in the same amount of time.

AI can also help us with images and ideas

The visual arts are also developing rapidly.

AI can be used to generate ideas, concepts, and visual content for websites, articles, and social media, for example.

But just as with text, it still takes a person to decide what works.

An AI-generated image may be technically impressive but still be completely wrong for a brand.

Design isn’t just about creating something that looks good.

It’s about creating something that fits the company and its communication strategy.

SEO is also changing due to AI

Furthermore, the way people search for information is changing.

In the past, searchability was primarily about Google.

Today, people also search for information using AI services and AI-based search functions.

That makes the website’s content even more important.

A website needs to clearly describe:

  • which companies are
  • What the company offers
  • what products and services are available
  • what problems the company solves
  • the geographic areas in which the company operates
  • what questions the company can answer

A good structure, clear service pages, FAQs, guides, and relevant content therefore don’t just help with traditional SEO.

It also creates better conditions for the company’s information to be understood and found in an increasingly AI-driven search landscape.

We need more people—not fewer

It may sound contradictory, but the better AI becomes, the more important we believe the human element becomes.

AI can generate ten suggestions in a matter of seconds.

But someone still has to decide:

Which one is the best?

And sometimes the answer is:

Neither of them.

There is still a need for designers, developers, project managers, and people with experience in web development and marketing who can review, challenge, and improve the results.

That’s where quality is created.

AI + humans is better than AI or humans alone

We therefore don’t place much stock in the debate about AI versus humans.

For us, the much more interesting combination is:

AI + people.

AI excels at speed, information processing, generating ideas, and performing repetitive tasks.

People are better at understanding context, business, creative judgment, relationships, and figuring out what the customer is actually trying to achieve.

If you combine the two, you can work both faster and better.

That’s exactly how we try to use AI at Easy Agency.

What does this mean for our customers?

Ultimately, the technology isn’t really the most important thing.

Our customers don’t need to become AI experts.

They need a website that works.

A website that is easy to use, appears in search results when potential customers search, presents the company in the right way, and helps generate new business.

If AI can help us do that work faster and better, we’ll use it.

If it doesn’t add anything, we don’t use it.

It’s that simple.

We don’t build websites with AI—we build better websites using AI

That’s an important difference.

At Easy Agency, we combine AI with expertise in web design, WordPress, development, SEO, and digital communication.

AI helps us with research, analysis, ideas, and streamlining.

Then people take over.

We review. We select. We improve. We test.

Above all, we make sure that the results work for the company that will actually be using them.

AI makes us faster. Experience ensures that the results are good.
